Is this the end of the 1 hour workout and is 15 minutes of exercise a day really enough to keep you feeling fit in body and fit in mind?

With just 15 minutes of focused attention, you can feel the difference. When your intention is to workout well and enjoy yourself while doing so, you won't be disappointed with any result!

Working out doesn't have to be this huge ordeal that you struggle to fit into your day. 

Finding 15 minutes spare in a day is easier than you think.  Have a think about the things you do daily which take 15 minutes such as,

Scrolling through social media

Deciding what you want for your dinner from the takeout

Hitting snooze on your alarm clock
