Is this the end of the 1 hour workout and is 15 minutes of exercise a day really enough to keep you feeling fit in body and fit in mind?

You are not alone, in fact close to thirty percent of people fail to accomplish the fitness goals they set forth just last year, and not even a mere 40 percent of those that set goals for themselves, completed half of what they said they were setting out to do.

Body weight strength training is a fun, safe and effective way to sculpt your body without the use of weights or equipment.  This training is designed to create a long, lean and strong body with functional exercises like lunges or squats, glute and ab training. 

With just 15 minutes of focused attention, you can feel the difference. When your intention is to workout well and enjoy yourself while doing so, you won't be disappointed with any result!

Working out doesn't have to be this huge ordeal that you struggle to fit into your day. 

Finding 15 minutes spare in a day is easier than you think.  Have a think about the things you do daily which take 15 minutes such as,

Scrolling through social media

Deciding what you want for your dinner from the takeout

Hitting snooze on your alarm clock

In addition to this, according to a recent study, experts in The Lancet suggest that 15 minutes of exercise a day can boost life expectancy by three years! So what’s not to love!
