What's included in my membership?
All memberships allow you access to your individual dashboard, workouts, recipes and profile.
What types of workouts are included?
Currently we have over 100 workouts to include HIIT, Yoga, Meditation, Breathwork, Barre, Dance Fitness, Strength, Pilates, Mindset and Sleep coaching.
New workouts and niches are being added to the platform each month.
What do I need to get started?
You can get started straight away. Once you've become a member, which takes just a few moments you can enjoy access all areas to the platform and start on your workouts straight away.
What currency are the prices?
You can choose between GBP and USD for all membership types.
On which devices can I watch the workouts?
You can access the Fitness in 15 website on any device which has access to the internet.
How long is the free trial?
Your first 3 days are totally free. The 3 day free trial is designed to give you an access all areas introduction to Fitness in 15,
You will be able to try all workouts, view the recipe collection and see the expert videos. Once your free trial ends you'll be charged for the subscription you selected when you signed up.
Subscriptions renew automatically. You have the right to cancel at any time.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your membership by logging into the members area and clicking on the 'My Account' section of the dashboard.
What languages does the platform support?
Currently the platform supports english, including subtitles.

Do I need any equipment?
The majority of the classes can be done without any equipment, ideally you will have an exercise mat and somewhere clear to workout. When equipment is specified the coaches will give you alternatives items which you are likely to have In the home. Some workouts may require light weights, kettlebells or bands and this will be specified in the class descriptions.
I have an injury. Should I train?
