I’ve been dancing since I can remember and love how it makes me feel inside and out! Getting my degree in dance showed me how different styles of dance can work the whole body & soul, and my fitness qualifications allowed me to combine them both together.

Dance fitness brings a whole different level of enjoyment to a workout, using music you love to jam to and combining that to work out for the whole body!
All workouts are suitable for any level of dancer, whether you’re a pro on the dance floor or just starting out. These workouts are designed to be fun so you don’t even realise you’re working out.
