I have been teaching pilates for over 20 years and I love how it underpins all areas of our life with regard to posture and movement. Alongside pilates I am a strength and conditioning coach. Pilates is a good starting point and beautifully complements weight training.  

Whether you are a beginner in exercise, have lower back issues or you are an athlete, you will find a pilates workout on Fitness in 15 to suit.
