I bring HIIT workouts to Fitness in 15! HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is a very efficient style of workouts that are fast, intense and often using body weight, but not always. My style of HIIT comes with a difference. I keep the workouts Intensity High, but I keep the Impact Low!
